Descriere

Everyone carries vivid memories of the foods they enjoyed during their childhood. This book offers a unique opportunity for young children to engage with these cherished recollections through a combination of personal anecdotes and photographs. It invites them to explore a wide range of experiences, from cozy family dinners to the challenges of wartime rationing. By examining these past culinary traditions, children can discover how things have evolved over time, while also recognizing the elements that have remained consistent. As part of the 'Tell Me What You Remember' series, this book serves as an invaluable educational resource for Key Stage 1 students and children up to the age of 7. It not only provides a window into the past but also fosters an understanding of historical changes and continuity through the lens of food and personal stories.
